Massy Wood Group SCM provides the lowest risk solution to our Client’s ongoing facilities and production maintenance programs. SCM is responsible for the provision of all the critical and operational materials and subcontractor service requirements to Massy Wood Group’s key end users in order for them to successfully complete maintenance related work to satisfy our Client’s.

The SCM Team comprises two (2) main functional units:

Handling all of Massy Wood Group’s subcontractors and the maintenance related subcontracts for our clients and involved in the following core disciplines:

  • Contractor Management
  • Pre-qualification of Subcontractors
  • Performance Management
  • Tender Process
  • Tender Board
  • Value of Work Done [VOWD] and Variations
  • Audits and Information for Company Tenders
  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control and HSSE Support

Materials Management which encompasses:

  • Procurement which deals with the acquisition of materials and / or equipment
  • Working with Planners and Schedulers to ensure timely delivery of materials to the Warehouse and Assets for the execution of work
  • Warehousing and Inventory which manages stock and distribution of materials to the platforms
