  • Project Development
    • Constructability input to initial SOW development
  • Execute to Mechanical Completion to Pre Commissioning
    • Development of Man-hour Estimates, Detailed Job Cards, and Construction Work packs
    • Onsite Construction Engineering Controls
    • Close communications with Massy Wood Group Project Management and Controls
    • Supervision and control of Subcontractors Progress and Productivity down to Job Card level
    • Utilisation of Completion Management System through Discipline Check Sheets
    • MC/PC Handovers to Commissioning Department down to Field Supervisor activities
    • Daily Control and Reporting of Project


Construction Norms are developed specifically for Trinidad and Tobago sites and are used across the country for developing estimates and schedules.
